Development Control Committee Chairperson - Roland Mross (317) 816-0636
The Development Control Committee is established to regulate all additions, modifications or changes to the appearance of the exterior of building structures and properties, in such a manner as to preserve and enhance the values, maintain a harmonious relationship among structures, yards and natural environment, and assist homeowners to assure compliance with the lists of approved materials and colors, and the applicable restrictions of the Declaration of Restrictions of the Plum Creek Village Homeowners Association.
Committee approval is required before making any maintenance, modifications, improvements or additions that change the appearance of the exterior of structures, driveways, sidewalks, and screening. This includes - but is not limited to - colors, building materials, awnings, roofing and exterior lighting, etc. (Note: Any situation, existing on August 1, 2007 that does not comply with the approved materials list is grandfathered but must be brought into compliance when next repainted, changed, or modified.)
Committee approval may be obtained only after the owner of the lot requesting authorization has submitted a written application to the Committee. A complete description of the duties of the Development Control Committee and the Architectural Approval Application process is included in the Declaration of Restrictions document of the Plum Creek Village Homeowners Association. A copy is available here.
