Development Control Committee
The Development Control Committee (DCC) was established to monitor all additions, modifications or changes to the exterior of building structures and properties in such a manner as to preserve and enhance homeowner property values, maintain a harmonious relationship among structures, yards and natural environment and assist homeowners to assure compliance with the HOA Documents of the Plum Creek Village Homeowners Association.
Committee approval is required before making any maintenance, modifications, improvements or additions to the exterior of structures and property. This includes, but is not limited to: major landscaping changes, paint colors, building materials, awnings, roofing, garage doors, windows, gutters, shutters, handrails, detached structures/play equipment, exterior lighting, mailbox and posts, patios and decks, screening and building additions or modifications.
Committee approval is required for any exterior changes. Please contact the DCC Chair with your requested changes:
Steve Thurston, DCC Chairman
12316 Medalist Parkway

317-908-8222
Steve will be the liaison with the five member DCC committee and the HOA Board.
The DCC will determine if a formal written application is needed. The Development Control Committee maintains a listing of recommended materials including shingles, paint colors, light fixtures, mailboxes, exterior building materials, etc. These are intended to reflect the natural and neutral character of the neighborhood and other colors and materials will be considered. You can find the DCC Reference Guide as well as the Architectural Approval Application under HOA Documents.
The Committee shall approve or disapprove proposed improvements or changes within thirty (30) days after all required information has been submitted but the DCC goal is to be far more responsive than this requirement.
