HOA Meeting Schedule

 

Our 2025 HOA Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled as follows:

 

Date:  Monday, October 6th

Time:  5:00 pm

Location:  Plum Creek Golf Club at the Meeting Room on the south side of the Club House. (MAP)

 

Immediately following the meeting there will be a buffet style chicken dinner offered.  The price of the meal is $24.50 per person, payable in advance of the event, Prior to October 1st.  

 

Crispy Fried Chicken Pieces.

House Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing.

Macaroni & Cheese.

Smokey Baked Beans.

Sweet Buttered Corn.

Fried Biscuits & Apple Butter.

Assorted Cookies and Brownies.

The Golf Club will provide a cash bar beginning after the meeting.

 

To sign-up for the dinner, complete This Form and drop it off, with your check made payable to Plum Creek Village Homeowners Association at any of the following homes, Prior to October 1st.

If you cannot join us in person for the PCV HOA Annual Meeting, CLICK HERE to print a copy of the Assignment of Proxy Form.  Complete the form and drop it off at any of the homes listed above, prior to the meeting date.
